When Bluetyga approached Thynck, they were a relatively unknown brand in a highly saturated market. They had great products but were struggling to find their target audience and acquire customers at a profitable rate. Their initial ad campaigns were burning cash with an ROI of less than 1, and organic traffic was nearly non-existent. They needed a complete overhaul of their customer acquisition strategy to survive and scale.
Our Strategy
We knew that simply throwing more money at ads wouldn't work. We needed a precise, data-driven approach. We started by completely mapping out their customer journey, identifying drop-off points, and rebuilding their tracking infrastructure from the ground up. Once we had crystal clear data, we launched a full-funnel performance marketing strategy, combining highly engaging video creatives with aggressive retargeting and AI-driven bidding on Meta and Google Ads.
The Solution & Execution
First, we revamped their creatives. We moved away from generic product shots to high-energy, user-generated content (UGC) that demonstrated the product's value in real-life scenarios. Next, we segmented their audience based on intent levels. We used broad targeting with dynamic creatives to prospect new users cheaply, while allocating 40% of the budget to a highly customized retargeting funnel that spoke directly to users based on which products they viewed. Finally, we implemented conversion rate optimization (CRO) on their landing pages to ensure that every click had the highest possible chance of converting.
